Return Policy

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned items must be:

In the same condition in which it was received.
Unused and unworn.
Without scratches, damage, stains, perfume or other signs of use.
With all original packaging, tags, certificates, protective materials and removable links.

Watches that have been resized, had links removed, had their strap replaced, protective films removed, or have otherwise been altered are not eligible for return under our voluntary 14-day return policy.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Where the legal right of withdrawal applies, any loss in value caused by handling or alterations beyond what is necessary to inspect the watch may be deducted from the refund.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided upon request.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the watch is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs start from 84 SEK or approximately €8.

We strongly recommend using an insured and tracked shipping service. The customer is responsible for the returned package until it has been delivered to us.
