Products
We sell watches that may be new, vintage or pre-owned. Vintage and pre-owned watches may show natural signs of age, wear or previous use. These details will be shown or described on the product page.
Some watches are adjustable, while others come in a fixed size. For every product, the description will state:
- The watch and bracelet or strap measurements
- Whether the watch is adjustable or non-adjustable
Customers are responsible for checking the listed measurements and adjustability information before placing an order. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed using one of the available payment methods.
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout.
We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the payment cannot be confirmed, if incorrect information was provided, or if there is an obvious pricing error. Any completed payment will be refunded.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for entering complete and correct delivery information.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
International Duties & Taxes
Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are paid by the customer.
If a package is refused, uncollected or returned due to unpaid fees, shipping and return costs may be deducted from the refund.
